Monday to Friday        9.30 – 12.30pm  &       2.30- 4.00pm
Saturday & Sunday     9.30 – 12.30pm 

Arrivals and departures at other times – Strictly by appointment
Please note that Reception is closed Bank Holidays

 Conditions

• Vaccination certificates must be presented at every stay. No animals accepted without full current vaccinations (including Kennel Cough for Dogs)
• Worming & flea treatment should be up to date.
• Sharing accommodation only applies to pets from the same household and is entirely at the owners risk
• For all days cancelled with less than 10 days notice there is a cancellation charge.
• Charges include the day of arrival and the day of departure
• Bed/bedding, food, heating and insurance are included.
• Owners are responsible for costs resulting from prexisting health conditions.
• Veterinary advice and treatment will be sought at our discretion.
• Minimum boarding charge applies for short stays of less than three days.
• Payment is due on collection – Cheque or Cash only.
